Some couples want their ceremony and reception to feel connected - not like two separate parts of the day being handled by different people.
That is why officiating is available primarily as part of our wedding experience, so the ceremony and reception can be planned and carried out as one cohesive day.
Jennifer is a licensed wedding officiant in Ontario. When couples add officiating, we intentionally shape the tone, pacing, and transitions so the ceremony feels personal and meaningful, and the handoff into cocktail hour and the reception feels smooth, natural, and well timed.
This is especially valuable for couples who want to avoid common day-of stress points like awkward pauses, unclear cues, microphone issues, or that disjointed feeling when the ceremony ends and everyone is left wondering what happens next.
Included is personalized ceremony script development, a rehearsal, full coordination with your venue, and all legal filings — handled entirely by Jennifer.

Do you provide ceremony audio?
Yes. If your package includes ceremony coverage, we provide the sound equipment and microphones needed so your guests can clearly hear the officiant, vows, and every important word.
How do you learn our music taste and vision for the night?
Through our planning process. Before your wedding, we go through your preferences, must-play songs, and the overall feeling you want to create so nothing is left to guesswork on the day. The music feels personal because it is.
What happens if something unexpected comes up on the day?
We come prepared for it. Every wedding includes full backup equipment systems, and we arrive early enough to troubleshoot issues before your guests arrive. If timelines shift or plans change, we adapt quietly and professionally without anyone noticing.
